Cancellation Policy

One of the best things about the Main Street Inn is the small size of the Inn allowing us to get to know all of our guests. However, because we are a small property, it is harder for us to rebook rooms when a cancellation is made so close to the date of the reservation. We believe that up to three days before a reservation, we can usually rebook and of course there are always situations that are the exception to every rule. Here is our cancellation policy so you know before booking:

A cancellation notice given less than 3 days prior to reservation date will cause $25 to be forfeited as a fee for holding the room. Cancellations the day of the reservation will cause the full amount to be forfeited as a fee for holding the room and all no-show guests (guests who fail to cancel a reservation in advance and do not show up for the reservation) will be charged the full amount. Extenuating circumstances, limited to ill health, a serious family emergency or force majeure are exceptions to the cancellation policy and full refunds will be provided at the sole discretion of the Main Street Inn.

Length of Stay

We are open all year round and allow for one-night stays. If you will be booking for an extended time, we suggest packing lightly or in separate bags. We do not have an elevator and carrying heavy bags up the stairs can be troublesome.

Included Amenities

Main Street Property
All of our room rates include breakfast. Monday through Friday, a continental breakfast is served beginning at 7am and consisting of quiche, crème brulee french toast, homemade waffles, bagels, english muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal and homemade jam. Saturday and Sunday, the continental breakfast is available as well as special made-to-order menu items beginning at 8:30am. Coffee is available to our guests at all times.

Each room also has a refrigerator containing complimentary beverages. We frequently have wine in the guest kitchen that is available and complimentary for all guests over 21, but please feel free to bring your own drinks to store in your room.
